- Private parties or events are allowed.
- A compulsory gala dinner supplement may apply on Christmas, New Year's Eve or other festive periods, payable directly at the hotel.
Infant policy

- Complimentary infant meals provided — warm milk, khichdi, mashed potatoes or soft mashed vegetables.
Child & extra bed policy
- An extra bed can be provided for a child included in the booking, for an additional charge.

Cancellation policy
- No cancellation charge if cancelled more than 72 hours before check-in time.
- 100% cancellation charge for cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in time.
